Are the apartments on the beach?
All our apartments are on the beach. There are 10 on the ground floor and 10 on the first floor.
Is the second bedroom of the apartment for 6 people closed?
No, balcony to the living room. It is very spacious, is equipped with 3 individual sommiers (2 of them can come together forming a double), has a stunning view of the sea and full bathroom.
Is there a place to leave a quadricycle?
The complex has a limited number of spaces to store them. We recommend checking for availability at the time of booking.
Are the rates per person or per apartment?
The rates are always per apartment.
Are apartments rented per day?
Yes, except in high season, the rentals are weekly.
Where is breakfast served?
It is breakfast is served in the snack.
What services does the rate include in high season?
Deckchairs and umbrellas on the beach in front of our complex, recreation for the kids during the afternoon, outdoor pool, use of spa (sauna, whirlpool, Scottish shower, heated pool and gym). Room service, linen, amenities, Buffet Breakfast.
Baby-sitter service?
Do not.
During my stay, can I add a guest for one night in my apartment?
Yes, charging you an additional. Only in apartments for 2 (suite), 4, 5 or 6 people.

We do not have a restaurant
Can I use the SPA without being hosted?
No. Use is exclusive to guests.

No, balcony to the living room. It is spacious, is equipped with individual box springs and has a window with lateral view to the sea.
Does the complex have garages?
Each department is assigned a semi-covered garage at the time of entry. We do not have additional parking spaces.
Are there security measures in the complex?
The apartments have alarm connected to a Private Security Company. The guest sets his own key at the beginning of his stay. We also have cameras distributed in different sectors both the perimeter and the interior of Aldea de Mar Resort.
Can you pay with a card?
It can be paid with Visa, American Express or MasterCard.
In high season, what day is entered? Check in? Check out?

Is the outdoor pool heated?
It is not heated.

Minors have a restricted time in which they can use the heated pool always in the company of a senior.

Yes, always with prior consultation at reception for space availability and paying the current rate.

Includes the same ones of the high season less: Recreation. Beach Service and Breakfast is Continental.

There are health services in Mar Azul and Villa Gesell.
